Competition Entry

For a typical competition, there are 3 separate parts to the entry fee:

Competition Entry (Required)
Competition Sweep (Optional)
Two's (Optional)

The 'Competition Entry' is compulsory and mostly covers the costs for the administration of competitions as well as a prize voucher for the winners. Below are details of some of the administration costs, athough this list isn't exhaustive or limited to these items.

Voucher printing for opens.
Competition score cards.
Divisional; Roll Up; Monday; Wednesday & Bank Holiday Stableford winners vouchers - £15.00 each.
Board Trophy winners vouchers (issued run up to presentation) - £20.00 each.
Board Trophy runners up vouchers (issued run up to presentation) - £15.00 each.
Engraving of trophies.
Entry of winners and runners up on honours boards.
Glassware for Divisional winners and Monday Medals.
Individually engraved glassware for board winners.
Individually engraved glassware for board runners up.
Any soft drinks/food tabs for helpers for main board competitions.
Hole in one (competition only) - glass memento.
Label printer and labels.
Trophy - annual valuation fee.
Repairs to trophies.

The 'Competition Sweep' is an optional entry for those who wish to be included and is run by the club on behalf of the members. 100% of the sweep is paid out in prize money according to the rules below:

The 'Two's Competition' is an individual bet against the pro shop. The total entry is divided by the number of 2's and paid out accordingly in pro shop credit.
