Kings Norton Golf Club

Mens Open Rules

18-hole Individual Medal. The maximum entry handicap is 32.0 and the handicap allowance is 95%. Therefore, the maximum playing handicap on the day will be 38 shots.

Entry is open to all amateur golfers who are members of a golf club affiliated to a recognised County Union, who hold full playing rights at their home club and whose current WHS Handicap Index is issued and administered by that club.

All entrants must have 5 qualifying scores in the previous 12 months to be eligible to win a prize.

There are three trophies that will be contested:

Doc Brown Trophy (Best Gross); Seers Seymour Trophy (Best Nett handicap index up to 13.5); Cros Holden Cup (Best Nett handicap index 13.6 and above). This is based on the player's handicaps on the day, not at the point of entry.

In the event of any ties the winners will be decided by a sudden death playoff. All other places (2nd to 5th) will be decided by countback. No player may win a prize in more than one category. Prizes will be paid in vouchers.

Entry fee £50.00 per person for visitors, £20 per person for members.

Entrance fee includes a bacon sandwich. There will also be a BBQ, which is not included in the price - vouchers can be purchased on the day. For very early starters, the bacon sandwich will be available after completion of their round.

Strictly payment on entry.

NO REFUNDS will be allowed
